Welded Standard Duty Belting

Welded selvage standard duty conveyor belts are available in four different mesh sizes and widths ranging from 6" and 150". Again, as with all of Keystone's belts, we can supply belts in four different materials: low carbon galvanized steel, C-1045 bright high carbon steel, T-304 stainless steel and T-316L stainless steel. Other materials may be specially ordered.

Welded selvage belts provide more flexibility than clinched selvage, and a welded selvage allows a sprocket to be placed in the first opening on either side of the belt. Welded selvage belts wider than 24" feature internal welds to prevent belt narrowing under heavy loads. Please refer to Conveyor Belts for an explanation on internal welding.
